Arrive Early/Leave Late

Simple acts like remembering a name, asking for advice as opposed to making a demand, a random smile, a tip, etc., will really be appreciated. This will earn you exceptional service and hospitability and, whenever possible, you may even receive a complimentary upgrade to your package.

 

Ask

Most of the times we shy away from making requests because they are not covered in our package, but if you never try, you’ll never know. In most cases, minor requests such extra conditioner, additional coffee, ear plugs, a pillow menu, take out, and so forth, will be availed if you only asked. Sometimes, even major requests like access to certain amenities not covered in your package may be allowed, especially during off-peak seasons.
