By and large, our industry suffers from internal problems like poor management and lack of consistency in adherence to acceptable protocols.

Fully Vetted and Experienced Drivers

Our drivers go through a rigorous battery of checks to ensure that you are riding with a reliable, safe, professional driver every single time. All our drivers submit to a background check that details licensing, employment history, and a background that is free of any criminal history or activity.

All Regency drivers have a minimum of two years' experience in the commercial driving and chauffeur industry. They demonstrate an impeccable ability to serve the needs of even your most valued and important clients, investors, or employees. We periodically perform surprise audits to ensure that our drivers are maintaining the highest standards of care for both their passengers and their vehicles.

Comfortable, Diverse, Late-Model Fleet

Our goal at regency is to provide you with a truly impressive and comfortable ride every time. All of our cars are meticulously cared for, and undergo regular maintenance to keep them at peak performance at all times. We take pride in the cleanliness and condition of our vehicles, and retire them before they ever start showing signs of wear. No vehicle in our fleet is more than five years old or shows any obvious signs of age or disrepair.

Insurance

All our drivers are required to carry high-limit liability policies and name Regency Transportation as an insured entity. We also carry our own blanket insurance policy to cover gaps and shortfalls that may be present in our drivers' policies.

Both the company and its drivers maintain proper levels of coverage that adhere to and exceed the regulations set forth by the state of Pennsylvania, the city of Pittsburgh, and any outlying area. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, you can be assured that not only will your needs be met, but that we also have established and adhered-to procedures to help keep you safe.

Track Your Ride, Know Your Driver

Our exclusive mobile app is a free download and allows you access to real-time GPS vehicle tracking so you are always in the know regarding the location of your vehicle. The app also provides detailed information about the make, model, and other relevant information about your vehicle, as well as an up-to-date photo ID of your driver.

When I first started making transportation reservations the company that we used at the time was unreliable - drivers were often late or there were problems or confusions. Every Friday (we usually have weekly visitors) I would get anxious as to whether or not I would get a call asking where is the car. And then I started using Regency - and in the years that I have been using them - I have never once had an issue or problem - and I have booked many, many rides for our guests. Your service is outstanding - I never think twice about whether or not our guests will get picked up - even in the face of flight delays or bad weather!
